I am Loralei Dragon and I am a storyteller. I write and gamemaster ttrpgs, but I am also an avid consumer of all the ways humans tell stories - including music! I found Voiceplay in 2021 just as my life was falling apart. Voiceplay’s music and fans have helped me so much during some of my darkest moments. I have also started singing again after over a decade hiatus, because joining in is irresistible!

My favorite colors are blue and teal, to such a degree that my hair and all my clothes are blue and teal. Life is too short to not do what makes you happy, so I dress like a schoolmarm from 1905 on a daily basis. Imagine Anne of Avonlea, but blue all over, lol. That’s what comes of growing up as a theater kid I guess!

The most important part of my life is parenting my 4 amazing kids, including being their primary teacher. Homeschooling brings me so much joy and I love the opportunity to learn with them! My hobbies, when I have time for them, include knitting, sewing, gardening, and cooking. I have synesthesia so I can ‘hear’ the harmonies in the food I make, and ‘taste’ the music I listen to. Voiceplay is delicious!
